Political leaders expressed deep grief over the demise of Soundararajan (90), the head priest of the renowned Chilkur Balaji Temple in Telangana.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conveyed his condolences, stating that Soundararajan’s lifelong efforts to protect temple traditions and autonomy would remain unforgettable.
